Hello bigbowl.com management team, train your employees to always take money from paying customers, here’s what happened to me tonight:

I arrived alone and asked for a booth, the host asked if I had another party joining me and I said “Yes”.

The host told me that I could be seated once my party arrived. WTF? Really?

I was baffled because looking around I could clearly see at least two booths open so why wouldn’t you seat me so I could purchase a drink and an appetizer? If you don’t know me then you’ll know that I like a drink or two.

Needless to say, instead of seating me I stood in the hall waiting for what definitely could’ve been at least two drinks and an appetizer.

CORPORATE AMERICA PLEASE WAKE UP !!!

YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE WAYS because in this new connected world where anyone can rat you out and share it with millions all over the world, only the ones focused on customer service will survive and if you don’t, trust me … you will go out of business faster then your CEO can skim more profits off the top.
