  • First Webmaster job was at Zeos Computers in 1994
  • Web developer using .NET C# currently and have always developed websites using Microsoft technologies dating back to the first Visual Studio products.
  • I currently have four iPhone applications that I scope out the requirements for, managed and outsourced the work with the development staff to bring in on-time and on budget (ucook.com, flavortownusa.com, localbanana.com and fantasydemon.com).
  • Search Marketing, Social Media and trying to get more traffic to websites has been my focus for the last few years. I helped the Grocery Shopping Network group bump up their Google traffic with better on page SEO tactics and lowered their bounce rate to 30% by making sure that the content people were looking for was easily found.
  • Spent time as a Quality Assurance script developer and for the launch of BizTalk Server, I wrote test scripts for the admin tool that were initially coded to run in 4 hours but after I tweaked the scripts, I was able to run the suite of tests in 20 minutes.
  • Worked at Carmichael Lynch Advertising to do more work creatively along with developing my craft as a developer and try out the Advertising arena. It was a blast working on sites like Harley Davidson, Jack Links, American Standard and Tractor Supply Company. The fast paced results-only type of environment was exactly the environment that I enjoy and flourish at.
  • I’ve been involved in four start-up companies (schoolbell.com, nazcainc.com, gridsixty.com and groceryshopping.net) where I was able to wear all the IT hats (development, architecture, project management and product management).
  • Worked with VMWare to help facilitate the installation, setup and maintenance of a backend database with 6-12 web servers. I helped do the work to get the migration setup correctly and working on the new platform.
  • Spent five years as an Hewlett-Packard software consultant traveling to client sites and helping bring in small project for the CupLab in Des Moines, IA to large projects like BizTalk Server QA testing at Microsoft.

I could go on and on but take a look at my resume links above and contact me with all your questions.

I have a very diverse background technically which allows me to work on many different aspects of the business and makes me valuable in the fact that if I don’t know something I quickly find it but most of what you will want me to do I’m very familiar with.

Thanks
